		<description>Thanks for the hint, VNC works fine with fvwm. My symptoms were identical. However, I&#039;m going to fiddle with metacity / gnome to get that working properly. Guess I just want the juicy look.</description>

Actually, the problem is that the developers of IET stated that the old location would be deprecated &lt;em&gt;in a future release&lt;/em&gt; but instead used only the new location  without any prior notice in 1.4.20.2. As for the performance: there isn&#039;t much I can do about the 186MHz CPU in the NV+ ;)
